Great Spots! is a locally owned and operated British Columbia company that has been in business since 1989. We currently represent over one hundred vacation rental properties throughout British Columbia.
We pride ourselves on our level of service, both to the property owner, and to our guests. We regularly receive feedback from people acknowledging us for our friendliness and professional service.

Great Spots! Recreation Properties is licensed under Consumer Protection BC (Registration No. 2437). In accordance with this Act, we maintain a trust account for all funds received from renters, and submit our financial statements annually to Consumer Protection BC, and we have posted a security bond in favour of Consumer Protection BC.
What else does this mean to you exactly? Well, this means the regulation of our industry and protection for you, the guest, from fraud or issues relating to the business practices of the Agency used to book your accommodation in BC.
When using an Agency that is licensed with Consumer Protection BC you are provided the backing of an industry regulator that monitors and enforces fair business practices with you in mind.
We are also current members of the Chamber of Commerce.
