- Great Spots! advertises your property on our website (www.greatspots.com) which is Number 1 when “cottage rentals BC” is searched on Google. As well, Great Spots! is listed on several other sites/directories, to help attract guests to your property;
- Great Spots! looks for guests who fit your requirements. Using a personal touch, we take pride in our excellent reputation for matching properties with guests who will respect your vacation home – which leaves both guests and property owners pleased with our service and wanting to return year after year. Tell us your requirements and we’ll do our best to satisfy them;
- Great Spots! secures reservations with your guests using our Booking Agreement; collects the rents and deals with damage deposits, etc.;
- Great Spots! accepts major credit cards, which helps to secure more reservations;
- Great Spots!’ service is available year round.
