ular 2800 sq. ft. custom-built home is located on 10 private forested acres in Neptune Estates on beautiful North Pender Island. Perched atop a 350 foot bluff, the house overlooks a rocky ocean front. Its 270 degree view of Swartz Bay, Salt Spring Island, Victoria, the American San Juan Islands, and Mount Baker can be enjoyed from the house's 4 decks each of which has patio furniture.While reading your book or enjoying a cool drink on one of the upper decks, watch for the interesting marine traffic passing below. Don’t forget your camera for the West Coast wildlife, you may see eagles, whales, deer and other wonderful creatures.
Practice your dives, do some laps, or simply do nothing but relax beside the 40 ft. swimming pool. If you want to warm up, try the 6 person hot tub or sauna. [pool and hot tub available mid June-mid September only]
The house is air conditioned, has elegant, modern furnishings and has lots of glass to maximize light and
permit enjoyment of the fantastic views. A spiral staircase leads to the second level with 3 bedrooms that all have their own ceiling fan, the master bedroom has an electric drapery opener so you don’t even have to step out of bed to enjoy the morning view…..and a loft area which is open to downstairs.After a special meal with the family, you might want to put a log in the woodstove and play games or watch movies with the children. This is a 'Great Spot' to enjoy quality time with your family.
There is a 2 car garage with electric door opener.
Complimentary champagne and flowers are provided to welcome renters. What could be better!
