This oceanfront Lindal Cedar home is located on a serene bay amongst wooded acreage [you can hike around], with its own private dock. There is a new tennis court 5 minutes drive away. Enjoy expansive views from every room of this NE facing home, including a clear view across Campbell Bay to Edith Point, Georgia Strait, Mt. Baker and the San Juan and Gulf Islands. You will also be delighted with amazing sunrises and sunsets reflected off Edith Point. This property has medium bank with ready access to rocky beach. There is also a safe, sandy beach a few minutes walk away.In the area, you can partake in tennis, water sports, fishing, hiking, cycling and boating. Bring your putter and ‘sink a few’ on the local putting green. Take a picnic to the playground with your children. Shop the local Saturday Market, artisan and craftsman shops [glass foundry to candle making] visit the local library, internet café, bookstore and art galleries. If a quiet night curled up watching movies is what you’re after, there are 2 video stores to choose from.
For the adventurer, try kayak lesson and tours…. The connoisseur will find gourmet dining at Oceanwood Inn ….. take a stroll through National Park [Bennett Bay], Lighthouse Park or Japanese Gardens and enjoy their natural beauty.
