Our Bridges family home is perfect for 2 couples with kids. Sleeps 8, 9 in a pinch. This home [built in 1998] has a beautiful view and 2 large south facing sunny decks. We are steps from Port Washington dock, steps from the local beach, and near to hiking trails. The beach is a short 7 minute walk down the road. There is a bit of an up hill climb when you come back from the beach. The beach is lovely, sunny with sand and lots of flat rocks and logs to lie against.We have a 1.2 acre fully fenced yard, with lots of privacy! Only 4 steps to the front door, and all linens are supplied. 2 bedrooms on each floor, with a 3 piece bathroom on each floor.
A very safe place for children of all ages. (See if the little ones can find the Hobbit House!)
BC Ferries reservations are recommended
Bed linens and bath towels provided, guests provide own beach towels.

Facilities:
4 bedrooms; 3 bathrooms; We have cable TV with DVD and CD players, water cooler, all kitchen appliances, good cel phone reception, NO INTERNET (give yourself a break), woodstove and wood, full electric heat, propane BBQ, washer and dryer; CD's and books in the library.Sleeping:
3 queen size beds, one double, and one fold out single. All pillows and blankets are supplied.
Other Amenities:
We have good water on a drilled deep well pump, excellent septic system.
In the Area:
Within a few kilometers is a library with WIFI, farmers market, full grocery store, 3 good restaurants, a pub, fitness center and liquor store. Pender has everything!Pets:
The owners of Bridges Family Home may consider one well behaved dog. Cats, not so much....we have lots of wild birds at the feeders. - Please refer to the Pet Policy section for further information.
Rates:
June-September: $1400/wkOctober-May: $1200/wk
Rates are subject to the following:
- 12% Harmonized Sales Tax [HST]
- If you choose the option of paying by credit card, 3% credit card fee only applies to amounts charged to your card
- $42 booking fee
