This luxury waterfront cottage, built in 1992, is situated on 3 1/2 acres of south-west facing
property. It has 180' of sloping, sandstone waterfront with seasonal swimming and good deep water moorage. The cottage is approx. 400' from the high tide line. 20' ceilings, french doors and many windows ensure that the cottage is bright and airy.Enjoy fabulous sunsets and views of Vancouver Island, Tent Island and Kuper Island through the windows, from the 1000 sq. ft. of patio or from the private hot tub. This fabulous cottage will appeal to both those seeking romantic getaways and those wanting family vacations. There is also a large level grass play area with volleyball/badminton net

1 bedroom + loft, bedroom with double bed. The loft is divided into 2 separate areas - double bed in 1 part, double futon in other part. Double hideabed in living area
