This property is located in the village of Port Washington just above the Grimmer Bay public dock on North Pender Island. It is conveniently located just five minutes from the Otter Bay Ferry Terminal and two minutes from the Pender Island Golf and Country Club.The glass and cedar main house, completed in 1992, was designed by John Keay, a prominent Victoria, B.C. architect, and situated to take full advantage of the spectacular views across Swanson Channel to Salt Spring Island. A large sunny deck off the living/dining rooms with glass railings provides an extra outdoor living room. Inside, the house boasts a 16' ceiling that helps provide a spacious living and dining area complete with a state-of-the art kitchen. The Guest Cottage was completed in late 1994. It sits high on the property and from it is glimpsed a lovely viewof the ocean and Salt Spring Island through a woodland cover. It has a queen size bed, four piece bathroom, small fridge,
sink, 2-burner counter top and small appliances for making light meals, a gas fireplace, ample closet space, a window seat, a built-in desk, telephone, TV/VCR and stereo with cassette and CD. There is a south-facing deck on the front with a love-seat swing.
