This beautiful 4 bedroom + den custom home is set on 1 1/4 acres with 177' of lovely sandy beach steps from our property. The low bank (approx. 10')
provides easy stair access to the beach and Sandwell Provincial Park on the waterfront is just a short walk away. The location of the property on the shores of Lock Bay provides lots of wildlife, great fishing, swimming and sweeping views of the Entrance Island lighthouse and ferries.The house features a very large open-plan living room/dining room and kitchen, all with water views, and a huge cedar deck spanning the length of the house. The living room has a large river rock woodburning fireplace and vaulted ceiling. Natural pine molding and trim throughout the house provide a warm country flavour. An inviting and memorable place to spend your summer getaway.
For additional accommodation in conjunction with the rental of the main house, a small guest studio [above garage] with kitchenette (fridge, m/w, hotplate), queen-size hideabed and separate bathroom with tub/shower is also availableBC Ferries reservations are recommended
