Full bathroom is on the main level and it contains a large bathtub with a separate shower stall.  Enjoy outdoor dining on a large cedar deck with gas barbecue, picnic table, deck chairs.   The upstairs bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed with down duvet .  The spacious living room features a vaulted ceiling, wood stove, skylight.

Situated on a dead-end street and close to Silva Bay, grocery store, pub, laundry facilities.   Also close to Drumbeg Park where you can enjoy swimming, walking and stunning ocean views.
