stled on 3 sunny acres at the base of Mt. Norman and provides glorious water views of Plumper Sound. At the edge of the property is a trail which leads to the top of Mt. Norman with fantastic views of the surrounding islands, particularly at the summit. If you haven’t tried frisbee golf, North Pender offers a free 27-pin course in the woods, which is guaranteed enjoyment for ages 4+ and is a perfect way to avoid the hottest time of the day.Take a picnic or go fishing at the beach off Craddock Road where you may see killer whales, dolphins, seals or sea otters. Finally, at the end of your day, relax on the deck or take a nap in the hammock and enjoy the tranquility of this private property - you might even see a deer wander by!

2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with tub/shower, open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, full kitchen with electric stove and fridge, m/w, breadmaker, w/d, colour TV, (no cable), VCR, am/fm radio/cassette player, woodburning stove, indoor card and board games, telephone, deck with patio furniture, gas BBQ* linens and bath towels are provided; renters must supply own beach towels
Sleeping:
2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom on main floor has 2 single beds. The loft bedroom has queen bed and is accessible via a ship’s ladder with a trapdoor closure. There are about 4 or 5 stairs to a landing where there is a short ship's ladder that you climb to get to the loft upstairs. The top of the ladder rests securely into a square opening that is part of the floor of the loft. That square opening has a trapdoor that is usually held open but which can be closed for safety reasons. A double foamie and 2 single foamies are available if required.
