This waterfront property is a West Coast style 2000 sq. ft. chalet house of executive luxury, fully furnished and decorated ready to enjoy. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a classic river rock fireplace. Take in the priceless views from a 5000 sq. ft. terraced sundeck which towers over a 45’ cliff and weaves directly to the ocean [approx. 55 steps]. It is the only one in the world of its type…. words don’t do it justice.This property is accessible by government foot ferry services or by seaplane and by boat to private moorage. Transportation from the passenger ferry to the property and a vehicle are included for your use while you are staying at this property.
