Little Holm Cottage

"Little Holm Cottage" is situated at the very end of Pilkey Point road on Thetis Island, thereby making it a very private and peaceful location. The quiet and tranquillity here afford the ultimate in rest and relaxation - this is a wonderful place to escape to, for a honeymoon...or any special occasion.

With a southwest exposure the property is sunny with a panoramic waterfront setting, white shell beaches and spectacular sunsets. Enjoy lovely views over the water towards Yellow Point on Vancouver Island. This cozy, comfortable and well-equipped cottage is set amongst arbutus and fir trees and there is a gentle slope down to its own shallow, white shell beach.

The cottage has its own private parking. Also situated on this beautiful 2 1/2 acres property is the owners’ own home with its own private beach. The 40’ dock, situated in a sheltered bay, is available and easily accessible to cottage guests

Facilities:

this is a small, 300 sq. ft. one room cabin with a separate bathroom off the main room. In the main room is a kitchenette with a propane 4-burner stovetop and full-size fridge, m/w, a dining table and chairs, queen size bed and small single bed, colour TV/VCR with selected movies available, patio with picnic table, gas BBQ. There is small bathroom with a shower

 

Sleeping:

queen sized bed and small single bed

 

Other Amenities:

use of 40’ dock; rowboat, oars and life jackets

Nearest Town: 30 minute ferry ride from Chemainus on Vancouver Island

Pets: 

The owner of Little Holm Cottage will consider a well-behaved, fully house trained dog under proper supervision - Please refer to the Pet Policy section for further information.

Children:

A maximum of 1 child is welcome.

Rates:

$585/wk., $95/nt., 1-2 persons {3 nts. min. rentals may be considered}
$20/nt for the third person

Pet fee: $25.00

Security Deposit:

$200
