This beautiful, 3-storey 2100 sq. ft. home built in 1998, is located on the ocean on beautiful Mudge Island, a five mins. trip by water taxi from Gabriola Island. It is located on a fenced waterfront high bluff, with sunny southern exposure and truly incredible views, and has all the modern amenities in the midst of pristine wilderness.

A well-built wooden stairway leads down to two beaches --- a sandy one to the right for swimming and a rocky reef to the left where oysters, clams and crab abound. The spectacular view is constantly changing as marine traffic makes its way toward Dodds Narrows and the reef appears and disappears with the tides. The maple wood floors, casual décor and large decks on three levels make for comfortable living in any season. The master bedroom with ensuite and private deck encompasses the entire 3rd floor

*Mudge Island, three miles long and ½ mile wide, is an undiscovered treasure in the Gulf Islands. It is located just five minutes from Gabriola Island via foot ferry. A Chevy Suburban is provided on Mudge Island for you to carry your possessions from the ferry to the house.

3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (1 ensuite with tub/shower, 1 with shower), very spacious open-plan kitchen/living/dining area, full kitchen with electric fridge, stove, m/w, d/w, w/d, huge family/rec. room, ping pong table, pool table (4’ x 8’), TV, VCR, satellite TV, telephone, am/fm radio, CD and cassette player, decks on 3 levels (one is covered), patio furniture, propane BBQ

Sleeping:

3 bedrooms, large master with king size bed, 1 with queen bed, 1 with double futon; double futon in family room

Other Amenities:

treehouse with slide (suitable for kids under 10), trampoline, horseshoe pit, hammock, pool table, ping pong table

The owner of this Mudge Island property will consider a well-behaved, fully house trained dog under proper supervision - Please refer to the Pet Policy section for further information.
