This oceanfront cottage is situated on a treed west-facing, partially sunny southslope 1/2 acre property with safe moorage (buoy provided). Bring your own boat and tie it up at the buoy or use the row boat
provided. There is a path down a bank to a lowbank pebble beach overlooking Swanson Channel with a view to Ganges on Salt Spring Island.There is good diving from the rocky ledge adjacent to the property and at low tide children and adults alike will enjoy the tidal pools. From the multi-level oceanside cedar deck watch seals, otters, bald eagles, kingfishers and orcas. You might even spy a deer through the trees! The small ‘skylite bright’ cottage is approx. 700 sq. ft. and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. There are 5 sliding glass doors from which you can look out at the ocean.
