This west coast cedar home with southern exposure is located on the water in a small sheltered cove at the southern end of Gabriola Island. A wooden staircase provides easy access to the pebbly beach. There is a spectacular view of Valdes, De Courcy and Ruxton Islands and the entrance to Gabriola Pass. The ever changing marine traffic offers hours of relaxing viewing.

The large cedar deck provides lots of room to relax, sunbathe or watch the wildlife. The oak floors and casual country decor offer easy care living. The sunken living room/dining room and modern kitchen make this a comfortable retreat in any season

3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (1 ensuite), 24' x 13 1/2' living room with dining area, full kitchen with new appliances (electric stove & fridge, m/w), w/d, colour TV (no cable), VCR, DVD, telephone, stereo system - CD, tape, gas barbecue, outdoor furniture

Sleeping:

3 bedrooms, master with queen sized bed, 1 bedroom with 2 singles, 1 bedroom with queen sized bed

Nearest Shopping: Folk Life Village, 13 kms. or 4.5 kms. for small items

Children:

The owner of Oyster Shell Beach welcomes children aged 6 years and older.

Rates:

end of June -September [until after Labour Day]: $1050/wk.(1-2 guests). 1 week min.
No charge for children 14 yrs. & under. $70/person/wk. if over 14 yrs.
Bal. of year: $850/wk. (1-2 guests).
No charge for children 14 yrs. & under. $70/person/wk. if over 14 yrs.
$170/day (1-2 persons), additional guests are $10/day per guest to max of 6 guests {4 day min.}

Friday to Friday in July

Saturday to Saturday in August

Rates are subject to the following:

• 12% Harmonized Sales Tax [HST]
• If you choose the option of paying by credit card, 3% credit card fee only applies to amounts charged to your card
• $42 booking fee
