Gulf Islands, Cortes Island Vacation Rental

This approx. 1450 sq. ft., three-bedroom cabin is located on the waterfront on two acres near Cortes Bay, just west of Red Granite Point. The cabin is set close to and overlooking the ocean, and has a walk-on gravel and rock beach, perfect for beachcombing, swimming, snorkeling and canoe or kayak launching.

Oysters and clams are a short and easy walk away and you can fish off the rocks nearby. Perimeter trees provide privacy. The cottage faces the ocean, providing a vantage point from which to watch the boats passing by, and great for sunsets and moon rises. This is a beautiful spot - perfect for getting away from it all

Facilities:

3 bedrooms (the upper level of the house consists entirely of a spacious master bedroom with large {almost 500 sq. feet} deck & ensuite powder room), 1 full bathroom with tub/shower, 1 powder room (ensuite to master bedroom), open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with lots of windows facing the ocean, full kitchen with electric stove and fridge, m/w, w/d, color TV, VCR, satellite TV, telephone, am/fm radio, wraparound outdoor deck overlooking the ocean with a picnic table, deck chairs and gas BBQ. ((Woodburning stove in kitchen is non-functioning).

3 bedrooms, 1 with queen, 1 with double, 1 with a double and a single

Children:The owners of the Red Granite welcome babies and children 6 years and older.

Pets: 

The owners of this property will consider a small well-behaved, fully house trained dog under proper supervision, leashed and attended at all times - Please refer to the Pet Policy section for further information.

Rates:

July & Aug. including the Labour Day period: $1375/wk {1-4 people} $10/person/nt. over 4 persons
June & Sept.: $1100/wk {1-4 people} $10/person/nt. over 4 persons
Balance of year: $800/wk {1-4 people} $10/person/nt. over 4 persons
Sept. – June: $185/nt. 2/nt. min. {1-4 people} $10/person/nt. over 4 persons
