This spacious south-facing ranch-style house is privately situated on a sunny 1.3 acre property with 300’ of medium-bank
rocky foreshore on beautiful Salt Spring Island. The house is tastefully furnished with a comfortable mix of antique and rustic furnishings and offers all the comforts of home. From the large wraparound cedar deck you can enjoy spectacular 180 deg. ocean views from the northwest to the southeast.Except for a small garden set amidst attractive rockery, the property has been left in a natural state and you can wander amongst the interesting conglomerate formations and Arbutus, Garry Oak and Fir trees.
Perhaps you would like to sit on a secluded bench (two are strategically located to take advantage of the ocean and views) and read a book, look for seals and otters near the water’s edge.....or just enjoy the peace and serenity of your surroundings.
If you are quiet enough, you may spy the resident deer or quail wandering through the property. If you plan on exploring the inter-tidal zone, please put on your hiking boots or sturdy shoes
