The Lakehouse and its property allow for relaxing fun such as badminton, bocce, fishing, swimming, and just plain lazing aboutThis rancher-style home has 3 bedrooms with one and a half baths and will comfortably hold any family. There is a beautiful view of the lake from the living room and dining room as well as the large sundeck off the back of the house.
You can relax on the deck, in the hot-tub, on a lawn–chair or in the hammock. Take a walk to the water’s edge where you’ll find birds, turtles, beavers and more. A canoe is provided for your enjoyment and this area of the lake is renowned for its great bass and trout fishing - you can even fish from the dock! A 100’ boardwalk leads you to a 10’ x 20’ dock - perfect for swimming off of, sunbathing or just plain hanging out and gazing at the lake. There is no sandy beach, but easy access to the water is from a ladder on the dock.
This home makes for a great family holiday destination, or a romantic retreat. The kitchen is fully equipped, just bring your favourite fixings and enjoy.

3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with tub/shower, 1 two-piece (toilet and sink) bathroom ensuite to master bedroom, large open-plan kitchen/dining/living area, full kitchen with electric stove and fridge, m/w, w/d, colour TV, VCR, stereo with 5 disc CD player and tape player [no radio], woodburning fireplace, telephone; broadband internet connection available end of June to beginning of September only, for your own computer; spacious deck on back (lakeside) of house with 6-person hot tub and doors from living area and master bedroom, outdoor furniture, "Vermont Castings" gas BBQ*linens and bath towels provided, guests must bring own beach towels
Sleeping:
3 bedrooms, master with queen size bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, 1 with twin bunk beds. There is also a double air mattress (with foot pump) avail. All beds have down duvets

mid May - September & Dec. 24 - Jan 1: $1500/wk.; $250/nt., 2 nt. min.
3 nt. min long-weekends, 5 night minimum between Christmas and New Years [1-2 persons]
One-week minimum from end of June to Labour Day, Saturday to Saturday.
Weekly rates are for 1-2 persons, additional people are $100/wk per person
Nightly rates are for 1-2 persons, additional people are $20/nt per person
Cleaning not included
Check-in 3:00 pm Check-out 1:00 pm to allow you time to do the cleaning before you depart.

Renters' Comments: "...We had a great time, the boys caught all kinds of fish, and enjoyed the canoe. My Mom was very surprised and enjoyed relaxing with such beautiful surroundings. We saw eagles flying overhead, we saw blue jays eating from the feeder and we even got to meet a mother deer and her baby on the front lawn!!!...very quiet and private...a great dock...we really enjoyed the boat and swimming out in the lake was lovely and warm...an easy and great family holiday spot…. The Lakehouse was awesome… it was everything we were looking for and then some…. Very peaceful, relaxing, comfortable, it was just ideal, I could go on and on…."
