This luxurious, south-west facing 5,000 sq. ft. executive home, with all new furnishings,overlooks the ocean with a spectacular 240 deg. view of Georgia Strait and the Vancouver Island mountains from the decks and every room.Strategically situated on 2.2 acres the house comes complete with heated 18' x 36' theraputic saltwater kidney-shaped swimming pool and decks and patios leading from every door. Decks have been "safe-guarded" with wire mesh and gates for the protection of small children. The home has 2 kitchens, 2 washers and dryers, 2 fridges & 2 stoves (if someone prefers to do `their own thing').
Relax around the pool or pick sand dollars, dig clams, gather oysters, go fishing or just sunbathe on the beautiful white sandy beaches of Smelt Bay - just a 2 minute drive away; and don't forget to bring your camera for those magnificent, unforgettable sunsets. Walking distance to Hollyhock.

7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (1 is a 1/2 bath), 2 full kitchens each with stove and fridge, main kitchen has m/w, d/w; 2 w/d, 2 colour TVs (no cable), 2 VCRs/DVDs with lots of videos ( videos also avail. for rent on Cortes Island), am/fm radio/cassette player, CD player, wireless high speed internet connection, indoor puzzles & games, large cedar decks surround 3 sides of the house, spacious courtyard at back of house - great for cool dining when the sun is at its peak, lots of outdoor furniture, gas barbecue*bed linens are supplied; renters must bring own bath towels and beach towels

- 12% Harmonized Sales Tax [HST]
- If you choose the option of paying by credit card, 3% credit card fee only applies to amounts charged to your card
