e hugs the shore on a private point of land and offers more than 700 feet of fabulous low bank waterfront, including two sheltered, sandy coves straddling a boulder strewn point that lends itself to climbing and contemplation. The six wooded acres include a lawn, extensive gardens, and a pond.The house has 5 bedrooms, spacious kitchen/dining area and sunken living room, family room, fully equipped kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms and a private dock. All rooms are generously sized and offer magnificent vistas. Enjoy great sunsets from the western exposure, and magnificent views across the Straits of Georgia up to Howe Sound. Feasting at the dining room table, you can watch the resident otter family snacking on oysters and clams in the north cove just feet away.
On the property you will enjoy fabulous birdwatching, good swimming, clamming, oystering, fishing, kayaking, sailing, hiking and general recreation. Easy day trips to Vancouver or Victoria for a spot of big city life if so desired. This is a wonderful house and property for two families or a multi-generation gathering
