You will reach this 1100 sq. ft. sunny, west-facing lakeside cottage after a 5 ½ hour drive through
breathtaking scenery. Whether you drive through the Fraser Canyon or take the Coquihalla, the scenery cannot be beaten anywhere in B.C. You will be impressed with this beautiful, well-kept ½ acre property that includes a children’s log playhouse on the property.
The house has 2 huge decks overlooking a secluded and protected bay. The property is gently sloping to the lakeshore for easy and safe access. There is excellent swimming off the private dock/swim platform or from the pebbly beach into the crystal clear water – as well, water-skiing is permitted on the lake.

Walking distance to Sheridan Lake Store, Info. center, café and gas station; Laundromat, Pub, Hardware Store 5 kms; Lone Butte, 20 kms.; 100 Mile House, medical care, drug stores & churches, 35 kms.The lake has excellent fishing and is renowned for its well-stocked and large rainbow trout. In the evening enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the decks or sit around the fire pit at the beach roasting marshmallows (when local fire restrictions not in effect)
