New in 2009, this 1200 sq ft, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is located in the center of Revelstoke's compact town core. You will be less than 4 blocks from medical center, aquatic center, restaurants, bars, PO, BC Liquor store, grocery, museum - all the amenities. Have a look at the Renters' Comments below! Rates are also posted below.The kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable home-away-from-home, as well, you have the option to step out the door and be at one of a variety of restaurants to eat, drink and be as merry as you please before a short amble home. Granite and stainless kitchen with teak dining furniture, leather couches and chairs, a phone for local calls, DVD/CD player as well as cable TV. A WiFi connection is provided but your own laptop is required.
There is an Aquatic Center in the area, that is a great place with pool, exercise room, sauna, steam, hot tub ... unwind after your hard day on the slopes or hiking! There are both an Olympic sized pool and a shallower pool for children. About 4 blocks from the condo, there is a playground area at the school as well as numerous areas for children to play safely with minimum supervision. The local baseball diamonds are just past the community building that houses the aquatic center and library.

With many activities in the area, one of them is the local theater The Roxy, which hosts a winter film festival, movies and some live events - it's step back in time. Then there's the Cabin Bowling Alley, which serves meals and drinks and is a favourite winter spot. The ice arena has free skating times as well as Grizzlies home games for the hockey enthusiast.
There are hotsprings just outside of town to the west and the south - which are a great treat.
The ski bus stops two blocks from the door of this building and the gondola is about 5 km / 3 mi from the condo, about a ten minute trip on the free ski bus.
There are individual storage lockers on the ground floor for each unit so your skiing / golfing / mountain biking equipment can be locked up and you will have the key.Founded in 1899 Revelstoke is nestled between the Monashee and Selkirk Mountains. Revelstoke Mountain Resort offers the highest vertical ski hill in North America but that’s not all. Life here is relaxed with plenty of time to visit the shops, restaurants and cafes, visit the Railway museum or unwind in the steambath or hot tub at the Aquatic Center.
Downtown Grizzly Plaza is a vibrant summer social centre and a great place to meet new friends, with live music nightly and a colourful farmers’ market on weekends. Spring, summer or fall is the perfect time to hike and explore the region’s mountains, fish in glacier fed lakes, river raft, canoe, conquer challenging rock faces, or descend thrilling mountain bike trails. Golf enthusiasts can swing into action on the picturesque 18 hole Revelstoke Golf course set along the banks of the mighty Columbia River. In Revelstoke, you can play hard all day in the great outdoors, or restore the body and soul by simply relaxing in the beauty of your magnificent surroundings.
Williams Lake is a small lake between the town center and the ski hill, about 5 minutes drive.
If you wish to swim in the Columbia River there are areas above Revelstoke Dam and on Hwy 23 at the Provincial Park en route to the Arrow Lakes ferry to Nakusp and Halcyon Hotsprings.
This building is wheelchair accessible with an elevator only a few meters from the condo door.
Bed linens and bath towels provided, guests provide own beach towels.

2 bedroom/ 2 bathrooms; TV/DVD/Cd as well as cable connection/phone for local calls/washer/dryer/dishwasher/excellent city water and excellent cell reception.
Sleeping:
The master bedroom has a King size bed and en suite (4 pc - tub/shower).The smaller bedroom has a Queen size bed and shares a full bath (4 pc - tub/shower) with the common area of the unit.
The leather sofas fold down into firm and comfortable double beds and the unit will accommodate 6 comfortably.
Other Amenities:
There is a small library of books, DVDs, CDs and games for family and friends to play. Laundry soap is provided and guests are requested to avoid using chemical softeners for the comfort of other guests with allergies and intolerances to esters.

We stayed in this condo for 2 months as we are brand new to Revelstoke, it was great to be centrally located downtown to help us on our search of a home. It was luxurious and homey. It had everything we needed, internet, phone, fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. As excited as we were to move into our own home, we were sad to leave such a beautiful suite! It would be a perfect place to come with a group. It had two bedrooms with the potential of sleeping 4 more people in the spacious living room area. The owner was so accommodating to our every need! I would definitely recommend this place over any other in Revelstoke it offers everything you need! ..."
"... Location, Location, Location! I have stayed at several Bed & Breakfast and Motels in town over the last 3 years and have even stayed in the Penthouse suite on Hill at The Nelsons Lodge and this Condo has been the best place. It is new, very clean, modern has a well supplied kitchen and ideally located in town. It is walking distance to the Grocery store, Restaurants, Bars, Medical Clinic, liquor stores, Ski/Board shops, Pharmacy and just about anything else you may need. And only 5 minutes to the Ski hill. Chey, the owner, was extremely helpful with everything when asked for information about the area. I am looking forward to returning again and hoping for more snow!!!..."
"...A few friends and I recently stayed in this condo for 5 nights over New Year's. The condo is VERY spacious and the kitchen is FULLY stocked for all your cooking needs (friends brought a crock-pot to cook dinner only to realize the kitchen already had this). All the restaurants and amenities of downtown (including our favorite -- the aquatic center!) are only a few minutes walk away. This was our second year to come to Revelstoke, and this place was perfect for our needs. We did some skiing at the hill and some touring at Rogers Pass...being able to come back and either relax in the condo or just walk a block or two for dining/entertainment was great. We like the Village Idiot and Last Drop for post-ski beers, The Cabin for bowling, and even managed to make it over to the ice rink for public skating this year. Thanks again for the lovely accommodation!..."
