Enjoy walking directly from the master bedroom to your large private deck with luxury Bullfrog Hot Tub. Here you can sit and unwind after a day on the lake or at the local ski hill, Whitewater Winter Resort, and take in un-interrupted views of Kootenay Provincial park. After an early summer morning, water skiing on glasslike conditions, sailing, kayaking, fishing, or hiking indulge in a breakfast / brunch on the large sunny patio just feet from the lake shore. The gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops is fully equipped with high grade commercial appliances including a Wolf Stove with plate warmers, an extra hush dishwasher and large sub zero fridge freezer.
The open plan concept with character Vermont casting gas fireplace, you can enjoy a beautiful clear view across the lake to Kootenay Provincial Park. Facilities:
3 bedroom; 2 bathroom - the main bathroom is an en-suite from the master bedroom. Double shower, single sink, toilet, polished concrete floors with underfloor heating. The Washer / Dryer are also in here in its own closet. The second bathroom is upstairs, shower, sink, toilet. This home is fully equipped with, large family propane BBQ, patio furniture, DVD, CD, Stereo, cell phone reception, wireless internet connection. Seven person luxury Bullfrog Hot Tub. Large selection of outdoor furniture to enjoy private decks, grassy terraces or beach.
Sleeping:
3 bedrooms: the house comfortably sleeps 7 people. Double bed in Master bedroom, Double and single bed in second bedroom. Double in third room located on mezzanine.
Other Amenities:
Patio furniture for 6 people, several outdoors chairs and loungers. Boating equipment is not provided. There is room to moore two boats on the private 700sq ft dock. A selection of board games and books as well as movies are available. Parking is located immediately at the property.

Kootenay Shores is located just 10 minutes from Nelson B.C the oldest town and one of the coolest small towns in B.C. with many excellent restaurants, a movie theatre, sports centre, full medical facilities. There are opportunities for mountain biking, sailing, water skiing, kite surfing, fishing, kayaking, swimming, hiking, alpine skiing, snow mobiling, snowshoeing.

The owners of Kootenay Shores will consider a dog, must be kenneled if left alone - Please refer to the Pet Policy section for further information.
Rates:
$2950/wk for 1-2 guests, additional guests are $250/wk per person to a maximum of 7 guestsSunday to Sunday

- If you choose the option of paying by credit card, 3% credit card fee only applies to amounts charged to your card
