This gorgeous south-facing property is set on lakefront on the West Arm of Kootenay Lake just 15 minutes from beautiful and historic Nelson, B.C. 
The house is nicely furnished and and has two master bedrooms with adjoining ensuite. The yard overlooking the lake is level and landscaped. The shoreline is easily accessible by a short set of stairs, The water has a sandy bottom. The lake is crystal clear and is ideal for water skiing. If wilderness hiking is for you then you’ll enjoy the numerous trails in Glacier Provincial Park, only 10 minutes away. Spectacular Kokanee Springs golf course is close by as well as three other golf courses.
