This two storey home is located on ½ acre of grassy lakeshore property. A wharf, floating dock, and two boats are available. Activities include fishing, swimming and hiking in the summer, and cross country skiing and ice fishing in the winter. Downhill skiing at Harper Mountain is a 20 min. drive away & at Sun Peaks Resort (Todd Mt.) approx. 1 hr. away. 
From the house there is a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding hills. Loon calls and the plop of jumping fish provide agreeable sound effects. There is ideal swimming from the end of the dock. Pinantan Lake is stocked each year and the fishing is good. Only electric outboards are permitted on Pinantan Lake. Water skiing is possible at Paul Lake, only 10 minutes away by car. Several other lakes nearby are superb hiking and fishing alternatives.
Horseback riding is available at Jandana Ranch, a 3 min. drive up the hill
