This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom waterfront condo is located in a fabulous complex of only 28 luxury condos nestled in a quiet location on the south end of Skaha Lake. This ground floor unit is comfortably furnished and has a lovely view of the lake from the patio with easy access to the building's private, shallow, sandy beach.Activities in the area include golf, tennis, water slides, swimming, boating, bicycling on the recently opened Kettle Valley railway line and visits to various wineries. The unit is also available in the winter and is just 45 mins. away from Apex Mountain ski resort
September....A terrific time of year to visit Skaha Lake - take in a round of golf, enjoy the local, fresh, seasonl fruit and visit one, or two..... of the local wineries.
