Built in the 1960's, come get away to this 800 sq. ft cottage on the lake, situated on 2/3 on an acre. Enjoy 105' of lake front from the sloped lot, and swim off the dock, or wade in from the pebbly beach. This property is south facing and has expansive views of Heffley Lake and the hillside across the lake. Heffley Lake offers excellent fishing, swimming, hiking, cross country skiing and is only 15 minutes to Sun Peaks Ski Resort.

Facilities:
2 bedrooms, an adjacent "A" frame cabin that has 2 single beds for summer only; there is also a loft above the bedrooms [8 years and older only permitted up to loft - not equipped as a bedroom]; 1 full bathroom with shower only, full kitchen with electric stove and fridge, washer/dryer, wood stove [wood supplied]; colour TV/VCR, DVD [no cable or reception]; little stereo/cd player; telephone; games/books; outside deck; gas BBQ; picnic table on deck with deck chairs.
With respect to drinking water, the owner provides one large bottle of bottled water which goes on a cooler. That usually lasts most of the week and you can purchase another bottle at Save on Foods, that would more than cover needs for a week.Sleeping:
main cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and one with two single beds; - there is an adjacent "A" frame cabin that has 2 single beds for summer only.
Other Amenities:
dock, aluminum boat with oars, canoe, kayak as well as a windsurfer and life jackets; new stairs down to the lake [2009] -- Please note: Both electric and gas motors are both permitted on the lake.

Nearest Store: 10 mins.; Nearest City: Kamloops, 30 mins.; horseback riding, 10 mins; Sun Peaks Resort 15 mins. Sun Peaks Resort has a golf course and there is hiking & mountain bike riding up the Sun Peaks chair lift - laundry, drug stores and medical care are approx. 30 kms from the property; grocery stores, restaurants, pub are approx. 15 kms.

2 week rentals only during summer peak season

- 12% Harmonized Sales Tax [HST]
- If you choose the option of paying by credit card, 3% credit card fee only applies to amounts charged to your card
