This double A Frame house is located on a 1/3 acre lot 160 feet from lovely Lake Okanagan. The property is in a small rural subdivision approximately half way between Kelowna and Vernon. Only a quiet lake access road separates the property from a public access beach. The beach is fairly rocky but swimming is good. 1 bedroom with queen sized bed and couch which makes into a double bed, double hideabed in living roomIn the Area:
Vernon and Kelowna, both 35 mins., by car; Pub, General Store; Restaurant all approx. 2kms away on Westside Rd.. Also in the area; hiking and cycling trails and a boat ramp. Fintry Provincial Park.Children:

Due to the nature of this tiny community, cleaning services are not available, therefore you will be expected to leave the property in the same clean, tidy condition as it was upon your arrival, thank you for your understanding.Saturday to Saturday
Rates are subject to the following:
- 12% Harmonized Sales Tax [HST]
- If you choose the option of paying by credit card, 3% credit card fee only applies to amounts charged to your card

"... I just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time this week and we all love your little cabin. You have an adorable place here and you have done it up to look so cute and homey. It is so close to the lake and we think you have the best place around, beautiful and private. I am sure we will be back next year and are so sad we have to leave....sitting in early morning at the terrace with the view to the Okanagan Lake, the sun is shining and a good breeze is ongoing - it is really nice and quite. We explored the area of Fintry and drove around the lake and have seen the two importtant cities, Kelown and Vernon and visited the winery, so we all are very happy!!!.... We wish all the people who stay here, enjoy their stay as we do. This is a wonderful experience and I hope to come back one day....All went very well, the cottage was nicely equipped, and the location was perfect...Thank you! We had a fantastic holiday. The cottage was great...a great spot if you want to get away from everything......comfortable and great value for the money.....just a short walk to the water....utterly peaceful and relaxing...very clean, comfy and cozy...quiet, spotless, nice location. Obviously proud owners. We will try to rent it again in the future...we had a wonderful week. The cottage was very nice and well equipped. It's very peaceful here in Fintry and we would love to return again in the future…Best vacation we ever had. Beautiful cabin, beautiful clear lake. Very private, very relaxing and affordable.
