This two bedroom solid cedar Panabode cottage is situated in an aspen grove in the picturesque Indian Rock area, nine kilometers north of Naramata village. The property boasts 72 feet of shallow, sandy beach, great views and beautiful sunsets.The road from Penticton to the cottage meanders along the Naramata Bench past dozens of vineyards, wineries and orchards. The location offers easy access to Okanagan Mountain Park, the Kettle Valley Railroad/Trans Canada Trail and Chute Lake - all great places for hiking and cycling.

2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom (shower in tub), 18' X 20' living area with dining nook and full kitchen with electric stove and fridge, washer/dryer, fans in rooms, deck, stero, CD player/cassette player, picnic table, lounge chairs, chairs, charcoal barbecueSleeping:
2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed, and 1 with one set of single bunk beds. 2 single beds in living room (converted into sofas ) suitable for sleeping.NOTE: Check out time is 12 noon [instead of the standard 10:00 am] There is no cleaning service available (somebody will come and cut the grass though). Please clean and tidy up the cottage before you leave, cleaning supplies provided. Bringing your own linens and towels will speed up the clean-up on the last day considerably.

Thank you very much and please tell the owner, we truly enjoyed her lovely, well-cared-for haven!....we had a fabulous time....this is one time I can say that what I envisioned came true....furnishings are attractive and appropriate for a summer cabin functional and easy to keep clean....we want to go back next year....very accessible to Kettle Valley railroad....very quiet, secluded....an ideal location & facility for a great escape!...We had a perfect time in the cottage!"
