This property backs directly onto the Salmon Arm Nature Preserve on Shuswap Lake. Imagine yourself waking up and falling asleep to birds singing and frogs chirping. Take in the amazing views from most rooms. Sit on the back deck with your favourite beverage and enjoy beautiful mountain views, gorgeous sunsets and breath-taking thunderstorms. This condo is conveniently located at the end of a quiet and friendly cul-de-sac. The Salmon Arm pier, marina and downtown are only a 5 minute walk away. The Condo has a modern decor and is fully furnished.
During the summer explore the local festivals, farmers markets, and musical performances. This property is also driving distance to several lakes, mountains and trails where guests can enjoy tons of hiking, boating, fishing, and biking. A great home base to discover all that the Salmon Arm area has to offer.
The Condo features hardwood and ceramic floors, gas fireplace, dishwasher, laundry, stove and fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped, guests just need to bring food. There is a small herb/vegetable garden available to guests as well.
The perfect alternative to motel, hotel, or Bed and Breakfast accommodation. This is a non-smoking unit. TV (no cable, dvd only) and internet access. There is one covered parking unit and additional parking lot is available for multiple guests. There is no swimming access as it is a Nature Preserve and property is not fenced so parents should ensure children are supervised around lake.

2 bedrooms. Main floor of building, (easy access) 1200sq ft. Master has full ensuite. Guest room has walk out to rear deck. 2 full baths (shower and tub). Linens provided. Gas fireplace, electric stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, laundry, stereo, tv (no cable, dvds only), DSL internet connection. Water cooler is available if you wish to bring your own water. All rooms are very comfortably furnished. City water. No telephone land line, cell phone is required.Sleeping:

Other Amenities:
Many board games, books and cd's available in living room. Sporting equipment (volleyballs, footballs, etc.) also available. 5 minute walk to marina if you wish to rent boats, kayaks, etc. Rear deck overlooks lake and is furnished with glider and bistro set. You may wish to bring additional lawn chairs for multiple guests [to a maximum of 6]. Patio torches and lanterns are also available.

Condo is located directly in Salmon Arm and is a 5 minute walk from the wharf, marina and downtown. The Salmon Arm downtown has many wonderful restaurants (Shuswap Pie Company, Pink Cherry, Table 24, Shuswap Chefs) and a well-developed boutique shopping district. There is a hospital and walk-in clinic located within the city limits. Many farmers markets, festivals and events are held down by the pier. This unit is extremely clean, however, cats were kept by previous owner. No pets are allowed in this property.Children:
