Sip your morning coffee on the wharf and watch the ospreys soar, plunge into the lake and emerge with beating wings, shedding water, fish firmly grasped in their claws and then gracefully fly to their nearby nest. In the evening, as dusk settles warmly over the lake, hear the haunting cry of loons. These are only two of the many unique experiences provided by this light and airy, south-west facing, lakefront home provides the peacefulness of country living plus modern conveniences. Only an easy 1/2 hour drive on paved road from Kamloops, it is located on a 1/2 acre grassy lot that slopes gently to the sparkling waters of Pinantan Lake.
There is a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding hills from the huge wraparound sundeck. There is a private dock which is perfect for sunning and swimming no sandy beach, but easy access to the water from a ladder on the dock. A canoe, paddles and life jackets are provided for guests. The lake is stocked for fishing: only electric motors are allowed on boats.

Summer activities include hiking, swimming, fishing, canoeing -- and horseback riding is available at Jandana Ranch, a 3 min. drive up the hill -- Water skiing is possible at Paul Lake, only 10 minutes away by car. Several other lakes nearby are superb hiking and fishing alternatives as well.
Winter activities: cross country skiing and ice fishing are available at the lake, and downhill skiing is only 20 minutes away at Harper Mt. & at Sun Peaks Resort (Todd Mt.) approx. 1 hr. away.
