Visit spectacular Lake Errock and this cute waterfront house with nice large windows in the living room [both UVA and UVB protected]. Take in the amazing mountain and lake vistas from the house. Secluded by private treed walls on both sides of the property and nice iron gate work, this creates a warm, welcome feeling of privacy and peace. A beautiful garden greets you upon arrival and makes you feel welcome to moment you pull in. A long backyard to the shoreline gives the kids a safe place to play while you BBQ your dinner on the back deck and enjoy your refreshments while soaking in the relaxing scenery. Roast your marshmellows at the firepit for your evening treat and listen to the rare local birds singing their evening song.

The crystal clear, mountain fed water in the lake will keep you cool on a hot summer's day, or try casting your fishing line from the private dock. Erroch Lake is on average about 13 feet deep with its deepest being 26 feet.
The fish in the lake comprise Cutthroat and Rainbow trout, the Rainbow being stocked. The angling use is usually moderate to high.  Fishing in the Fraser Valley is gorgeous - lake trout, rainbow trout, salmon, etc. Lake Errock has its own community beach, boat launch [only up to 10HP allowed]. Harrison Bay is just minutes away, and the Fraser River is where you can catch salmon, sturgeon, etc.
Shoreline: A number of inlet and outlet creeks dot the shoreline. Some areas have useable beaches, with other areas having forest right to the shore. The lake bottom consists of sand, fine gravel and some boulders.
Nearby Lakes:  Echo and Elbow Lake - Echo and Elbow, located east of Erroch (just a few miles north of Harrison Mills), are small lakes of 6 ha. (15 ac.) and 14 ha. (35 ac.) respectively. Echo supports a Cutthroat fishery while Elbow is stocked with Rainbow trout. Fish are small but numerous.

Dickson Lake - Dickson Lake is 78 ha. (193 ac.) in size and lies at an elevation of 651 m. (2135 ft.). Located north of Erroch (approximately 28 km./17 mi. north of the community of Dewdney), Dickson contains good numbers of Cutthroat trout and Dolly Varden. Access is rough and a truck is recommended.

World famous Hemlock Valley Ski Resort is just 15 minutes away, so is Harrison Hot Springs. You can drive to Chilliwack or Abbotsford in just half an hour and Mission downtown is about 15 minutes. For the golfer in the family, famous Sandpiper Golf Course is just minutes away as well. If the bright lights of the big city are calling you, you're only about an hour and a half from Vancouver, you could even take the Westcoast Express train. Lake Errock General Store, convenience stores, pub, restaurants are all just minutes away.
Mission Recreation Facilities & Activities: golf course, raceway, walking trails, baseball diamonds, horse shows, parks, beaches, boating, fishing, bird watching, horseback riding, downhill and cross country skiing.

Local Attractions: Fraser River Heritage Park, Museum & Fire Museum, Mission Raceway, Cascade Falls Regional Park, Hatzik Rock (archaeological site), Heritage Park evening concerts, Rolley Lake Provincial Park, Ruskin Dam Recreation Site (spawning channel), Cascade Falls, Matsqui Trail Regional Park, Hayward Park Conservation Area, community theater, Westminster Abbey, Inch Creek Fish Hatchery, Hemlock Valley ski resort, Stave Falls Dam

And fun for the whole family, Reo Rafting Resort

Nice place to enjoy in summer as well as in winter as there is something to enjoy for all seasons.
