The Garden Suite is located in beautiful upper North Vancouver, close to downtown Vancouver, Stanley Park - Aquarium, just minutes to Grouse Mountain gondola, Capilano Suspension bridge and to Lynn Canyon Park with a suspension bridge. Within walking distance to popular Edgemont village with shops and restaurants.

The area is full of trails for hiking and mountain biking. It is close to the beaches, golfing and skiing. BC Ferries terminal Horseshoe Bay is 15 min. away.

This 1500 sq ft suite is on ground level in a quiet house with garden and patio private, it is all renovated, new hardwood floors, large living area with gas fireplace, dining table for six, washer/dryer stacked indoors.  There is a quiet full time tenant in the upper level, your privacy is respected at all times.

June to September :  $1340/wk or $200/nt [3 nt min]
October to May:  $940/wk or $140/nt [3 nt min]

Rates are subject to the following:

• 12% Harmonized Sales Tax [HST]
• If you choose the option of paying by credit card, 3% credit card fee only applies to amounts charged to your card
• $42 booking fee

Damage Deposit:

$250
