The house on Palm Beach provides an "ocean oasis". The private, sandy beach is easily accessible from the southern exposed house. Ocean vistas can be seen from almost every window. Herons, eagles and seals are among the ocean and bird life that can be spotted. An acre of land provides privacy and beauty. The very best of nature and outdoor life is available at your doorstep; swimming on a sandy beach, lounging on the deck, safe beach and water play for children of all ages, beach walks from a rocky point at one end to a salmon spawning river at the other and kayaking or canoeing from your own beach.
Inside, you will feel at home and be able to relax in a well appointed 2 bedroom house. The house is built for year round residency and is an inviting get-a-way for any experience - from family and friend time to romantic vacations or individual retreats. Along with the exceptional beach activities in the summer, spawning salmon and storm watching throughout the year are fun and interesting.
The large deck gives you an area to enjoy your morning coffee, lounge and relax in the sun and barbecue and eat your meals. Beach fires are permitted unless a burning ban is in effect. Sunsets are stunning from
either the deck or beach. This house and property inspires people to want to return every year.
SPECTACULAR SALMON RUN!
Ocean Oasis is only a 5 min. walk from Eagle River, where spawning salmon will be returning. With a greater number of salmon than usual, the run this year will be spectacular. You will also see seals chasing the salmon and eagles diving for them - right from your own deck! Take advantage of off-season rates being offered early and come for a fall getaway. Whether it is wildlife viewing, strolling on the beach, hiking the many nearby trails or watching the sunset, your stay will be memorableBC Ferries reservations are recommended
Bed linens and bath towels provided, guests provide own beach towels.

The washer requires careful use and we recommend minimal use. The house in on a septic tank so care must be taken as to what is flushed down toilets and washed down sinks. ..."We just returned home from Ocean Oasis and are pleased to report that our stay was unbelievably great. The house was more than we expected. We highly recommend Ocean Oasis as a great vacation getaway".... Mick, Edmonton..."We are here and love it!! Some would complain that it does not have stainless steel appliances and no dishwasher. However, since I am kind of old, I appreciate that this house is not new either!! It is nicely spacious, has comfortable beds, and very comfortable furniture. That counts for a lot. It is also extremely quiet here. The house is very well equipped including all the kitchen gear we have needed. It has internet and good cell phone reception. Both are necessities for me. For us, it is perfect!!"....
