This 2000 sq. ft. solid cedar home, built in 1998, is located in an old-growth forest on the shores of West Bay on Gambier Island, only 30 minutes by private boat or regular water taxi service from Horseshoe Bay in West Vancouver. Gambier Island is old world living……..very few cars, one little general store and a slow island pace which is perfectly suited to those wanting a tranquil, restful holiday experience.

Your island paradise is only 1 hour from downtown Vancouver, or 2 hours from Whistler. Quiet walks in an old growth rain forest. Picnics on secluded beaches. Varied bird watching. See eagles fish for their daily catch. Catch salmon, rock cod, ling cod, greenling, flounder, halibut, crab, prawns.... Great swimming, diving, fishing, boating, kayaking and canoing. Gravel roads and trails are ideal for hiking and biking. One small general store, selling supplies and meals, a 30 minute walk from West Bay.

All rentals subject to $150 cleaning fee.

- 12% Harmonized Sales Tax [HST]
