Decorated to reflect the West Coast lifestyle, the Villa features 4 bedrooms, all outfitted with luxurious Egyptian cotton linens and plush mattresses. You have your choice of three king beds and one set of twins, perfect for kids. All bedrooms have stunning views of the lake.
Wrap around decks span out towards the water. There is a large outdoor BBQ and fireplace, prefect for those warm summer nights.
The 1500 sq ft semi attached guest house features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and its own gourmet kitchen.
High efficiency appliances in both houses make entertaining large groups a breeze; and with 7 bedrooms you can comfortably sleep 14-16 people.
Your own private boathouse is great for water enthusiasts. Water skiing, wake boarding, swimming, fishing and kayaking are all favourites with our guests.
The house is located on five private acres of wilderness. The only uninvited visitors you have will be an occasional curious deer. This privately owned West Coast Masterpiece is one of a kind.

The Villa is approx. 3000 square feet; 3 fireplaces inside and 1 outdoor fireplace and 1 outdoor firepit; fully equipped Gourmet Kitchen with deluxe appliances including dishwasher; microwave; washer/dryer; downstairs there is a Recreation Room; extensive decking; deluxe built-in gas BBQ; stereo with CD player, surround sound speakers; wireless internet connection [please bring own laptop]; Note there is no cable TV or phone service on Sakinaw Lake. Cell phone coverage is not guaranteed.The Guest Cottage is 1500 sq ft with a large deck for enjoying the view and BBQ; 3 bedrooms [two upstairs and master with ensuite on main floor - 2 king beds and 2 twin beds] ; 3 bathrooms; fully equipped kitchen; Great Room open plan design [Guest Cottage is available only in conjunction with Villa, it may not be rented on its own].

Rates are subject to the following:
- 12% Harmonized Sales Tax [HST]
- If you choose the option of paying by credit card, 3% credit card fee only applies to amounts charged to your card
- $42 booking fee
