acreage. This is a very quiet, private, rural location with its own forest right next to the cottage. Enjoy the fresh new appeal of this home, nice furnishings, comfortable beds, new bathroom and new appliances, as well as new paint and laminate floors.Surrounded by large trees and pretty gardens, a rolling one acre lawn down to the cobble strewn beach with 200' of private beachfront and miles to walk east and west. From this property you will enjoy beautiful water views over to Texada Island, lots of marine traffic, sailboats, yachts, tugs, booms, kayaks, fishing boats - as well as plenty of marine life like orcas, sea lions, seals otters eagles and other great west coast birds.
Peaceful rural setting with miles of easy access beach to explore with plentiful oysters, beach wood treasures, interesting stones and warm water for swimming.

The owner's house is on the same acreage, but set to the side and in front, so the cottage privacy is not compromised and does not block the cottages' view.
