The area is rich in opportunities for hiking, swimming, mountain biking, river rafting, and more.This 1,200 square foot cabin is facing the river. The property to the left has not been developed which lends itself to more privacy. On the right, the house is located up the hill so there are no neighbours directly on either side.
During the evenings, enjoy socializing outside at the fire pit. An outdoor table with benches is available. The back area is lush with trees and plants. Head up the path to find a grassy area for kids to play or hang out. Walk down to the Fraser River and enjoy the sand between your toes or the rocky areas of the beach. During the spring and summer months fishermen are actively working to catch salmon.
Sit out on the porch to the view of the river, and watch the blue jays and humming birds. You'll also hear the sound of the trains up the hill and across the valley as they pass by, a reminder of the impressive history (gold rush and railway) of this very small town. Visit the local Trading Post, restaurant, and historic church and museum, all a 5-minute walk away.
Retreat to this cosy cabin, complete with appliances and amenities that will easily accommodate your healthy lifestyle. This is also a non-smoking and drug free accommodation. Fully insulated, this two-bedroom abode lets you vacation any time of the year.
