You'll soon see that not all vacation rental accommodations are Charters Beach Guest House! Relax and unwind in our spectacular oceanfront rental accommodation in a private two acre setting ~ 3000 sq ft guest HOUSE, offering panoramic views of the Olympic Mountains and the Juan de Fuca Strait. Walk along the beach collecting shells and other ocean treasures. Throw in a crab pot, fish off the wharf, take a chartered fishing tour or simply relax on deck to view a variety of seabirds and sea life.
Enjoy a relaxing hot tub in our 8 person hill side hot tub gazebo overlooking the Strait of Juan de Fuca or enjoy a hot tub on the back deck.. Explore west coast beaches in only a short drive, or walk along the river to the Sooke Potholes. While there, why not take a swim. It's exhilarating!
In the evening return home to a fireplace and an evening of spectacular sunsets and starry skies. Summer months provide opportunity to witness Northern Lights.We can also arrange maid services, catering, in home masseuses, esthetician, boat charters ~ sailing, fishing, sushi lessons or what ever your heart desires.

3 bedrooms with queen size beds, additional room in lower level with twin/double bunk beds, leather pull out double sofa bed in recreation room with twin/double bunk beds. 3 full bathrooms ~ one with Jacuzzi bath tub, second with two person shower with rain head shower taps.Professional series appliances in open kitchen ~ dishwasher, fridge with ice, bar fridge, 6 burner gas range, convection oven, microwave, service for 16 Guest washer/dryer on upper level, telephone with free long distance in Canada and US, digital cable TV, DVD player with selection of DVD’s, high speed internet connection with in house computer, recreation room, second kitchen ~ fridge, dishwasher, range, double sink in lower level, private wharf with moorage [rate depends of size of boat], gas fireplace, leather furniture, large deck with views of the Olympic Mountains and the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Gas Fireplace, great sound system.
Caretaker lives on premises in self-contained, private suite. Guests' privacy is fully respected at all times. If preferred, caretaker can vacate the suite for term of the rental [private suite is not available for rental].

Rental rates are based on four guests, there is an additional $25 per person/night for additional guest.
A $150.00 Canadian cleaning fee applies to rentals. For stays longer than one week, an additional cleaning fee may be required.
