Very private and picturesque, south facing property, set amongst mature trees and gardens on a flat
.4 acre parcel. It cannot be seen from the road and is quiet at night. Enjoy the beautiful garden park next door, which can be seen through the fence.This home is centrally located and rural farms are 5 minutes away by car for buying fresh produce, etc. The glass solarium off the dining room is filled with blooming plants.
Easy water access is 1/2 block away, through the neighbouring 'garden park', next door.
One stair access to main floor of house and both bathrooms are on the main floor. This home is fully equipped - all you need to bring is your clothing and food, then settle in and enjoy your 'home away from home'....
If traveling to Vancouver Island by ferry, BC Ferries reservations are recommended
