This charming, very private home, situated on 2 acres on a bluff above the pristine sandy beaches of Qualicum, offers scenery and tranquillity second to none. Nestled among a rare grove of impressive Douglas Firs and Western Hemlock, "McAllister House" provides panoramic views of the Strait of Georgia, its many islands, and the magnificent mainland mountains. 
The property is a nature lover’s paradise with resident deer, eagles, quail, and rabbits often sighted. Lawns and gardens surround the house with large fenced lawns ideal for favourite past times such as croquet and badminton.
Approx. 1425 sq. ft, the house is contemporarily decorated and well equipped. Large windows in the living, dining and master bedrooms maximize the ocean view, while a 1500 sq. ft. wrap-around deck ensures that each and every sunset BBQ is a memorable event. When the beach calls, enjoy a short walk along the road, and then a 2-minute nature walk down the conveniently located public path that winds down the treed hillside, cross the road and you are at the beach.
At low tide, an expanse of fine sandy beach unfolds, safe for swimming, even for the very young. You can dig for clams, collect sand dollars, build a sandcastle, or simply take your shoes off and enjoy a relaxing walk on the warm sand.

- 3% credit card fee only applies to amounts charged to your card
