Nestled perfectly in the center of secluded Cedar Cove, this beachfront home offers a large private lot and open front yard that leads to a sparkling clean pebble beach which has a gentle drop off, which is ideal for swimming and and launching small boats .

With the northwest exposure, you can enjoy a fantastic 180 degree seascape view of ocean, islands and coastal mountain ranges from inside as well as there are lots of big windows to take it all in.

Only 20 minutes by car north of Nanaimo, and 10 minutes south of Parksville, this oasis provides easy access to nearby recreation areas, provincial parks, shopping and golf courses (Schooner Cove Marina is a 10 minute walk and Fairwinds Golf Resort is only 5 minutes by car). And for the skiers, Mount Washington in Courtenay is 1 hour by car.
