This cosy 2 bedroom, 750sq. ft. cottage, perfect for two non smokers, is situated on a waterfront estate near the coastal village of Lantzville on Vancouver Island. The sand and pebble beach is great for beach combing, watching Blue Herons and soaring Bald Eagles. See the coastal mountains, cruise ships and sunsets beyond compare!
The cottage is nestled on three acres of private forested oceanfront [owner located on same property - renter's privacy is respected]. Nicely furnished, fully equipped kitchen, living room and gas fireplace. Enjoy the comforts of home and the convenience of the local shopping [grocery and department stores] as well as local pub/liquor store, cinemas and many good restaurants.
Beach access is via approx. 120 stairs with many landings and a sundeck with the view of Nanoose Bay and the various islands.
If traveling to Vancouver Island by ferry, BC Ferries reservations are recommended
