Spring Place is the perfect escape for a romantic hideaway – or is a wonderful destination for a family vacation.The spectacular south-facing 2300 sq. ft. open-concept home with high vaulted ceiling and exquisite indoor solarium with fishpond, is a serene refuge for rest and relaxation in any season and is wheelchair friendly.
The house is tastefully and attractively furnished in a simple but elegant fashion and has beautiful Persian and oriental rugs. It is set in a “forest glade” of large trees through which there is a lovely view over the slanted hills of the river valley toward 5400’ Mt. Moriarty in the distance (you can hear, but not see, the river from the house). Treat yourself to a morning walk in Englishman River Falls Park which is just 5 minutes away, a picnic by the sea, a round of golf and theatre.
Top off your day with a hot tub under the stars on the glass covered deck, or enjoy a delicious Jacuzzi soak in the master bathroom. The property is located in close proximity to Parksville and Qualicum Beach with easy access to the full variety of amenities and attractions offered by this popular Central Vancouver Island area. The famous Pacific Rim National Park is just a 2-hour drive to the west.
