is our pleasure to introduce you to “The Beach House”, a restored treasure that offers a warm, homelike atmosphere in the beautiful Comox valley of Central Vancouver Island. This five-bedroom, three bathroom family vacation home offers walk-on waterfront overlooking the Strait of Georgia and the majestic Coast Range. Antique furnishings, beach décor and First Nation art complete the warm and inviting environment offered by this comfortable home.The 2 upstairs bedrooms and the surrounding deck allow guests to gaze upon the resident eagles as they fish for salmon or catch glimpses of California sea lions as they play and frolic during the winter season. The diversity of the area allows guests to golf at a number of nearby courses, to ski, snowboard, x-country or tube down the many runs of Mt. Washington or kayak, sail, scuba-dive and fish in the adjacent waters…..all in the same day.
The spacious backyard contains a BBQ and patio, ideal for watching the gorgeous sunsets and myriad of ocean liners cruising to and from the Alaska coastline. At low tide, the beach provides a wonderful experience for children of all ages to engage the marine world or simply enjoy and play in the wonderful sand.If traveling to Vancouver Island by ferry, BC Ferries reservations are recommended

"....just wanted to let you know what a fabulous time we had in 2-D-2 at the beginning of August. It's a great location, perfect for kids. The house is in immaculate condition and we had an excellent time....I just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at you house in Comox. It was so beautiful it was hard to believe it was a rental. All of the ladies had a wonderful time; we relaxed on Friday, 7 of the ladies went Kayaking on Saturday and two of us went shopping in Courtney. In the evening we had a fire on the beach, with a wiener and marshmallow roast. On Sunday we had Spa treatments and supper at the King Fisher and Monday we packed up and drove to Victoria. We had such great fun! We're already planning our return visit. You have a wonderful rental home...."Gallery
